Executive Session is podcast series highlighting the 2021-22 CoSIDA Executive Board of Directors and hosted by Brandon Jones. The series will feature an interview with each of the 12 executive board members, giving the membership an inside look at our leaders, their stories and why serving CoSIDA is important to them.

John Paquette is the Senior Associate Commissioner of Sports Media Relations for the Big East Conference. Within CoSIDA, Paquette is the Second Vice President and Co-Liaison to the Professional Development & Education Committee.

Paquette was inducted into the CoSIDA Hall of Fame in 2019 and has also received the Bill Esposito Backbone Award (2014) and a 25-Year Award (2004). He previously served as a member of the CoSIDA board of directors as an at-large representative from 2009-2012.

He joins 2021-22 CoSIDA intern Brandon Jones to discuss his favorite parts of the collegiate athletic communications industry as he enters the "back nine" of his career.
